Founded in the beginning of2003,Jiangyin Tianhua Technology Co.,Ltd.,a Sino-foreign joint venture,is located in Jiangyin City of Yangtze River Delta,the most eonomically developed area in China.
The company is a specialized manufaturer of polyimide film made with doctor blade casting biaxil drawing process.It possesses of the most advanced equipment in China which has the largest single-machine prosuctivity and best product quality. The machine uses mirror -surface steel belt made by Austrian Berndorf,infrared thickness gauge made by EGS company of USA,and automatic extrusion head made by EDI company of USA.The whole production line is computerized.The product has high strength,homogenization in all aspects,good electric performance,low contraction,small thickness error,smooth appearance,etc.The product is available in all specifications with thickness range of 0.013-0.125mm,width range og10-1040mm,and length range of 300-2500M(decided by thickness) .It is mainly used in flexible printed substrate of electronic industry and base material of pressure-sensitive,and less used for electric insulating material. The foreign invested enterprises in China and international customers are the major users of our products.
At present,there is a production line with annual capacity of 100 tons.Two additional production lines with capacity of 200 tons each are planned to be put into use recently,at that time,the total capacity would reach 500 tons.
